Troubleshoot configurations for ACT Census

Introduction

Use this guide to troubleshoot Zunia configurations for ACT non-government school Census export.

When all mandatory fields are configured correctly, the export file will be available to download and submit.

Configure Zunia for ACT non-government school Census

Column	Heading	Requirement	Zunia configuration
A	School Code (ACARA numeric)	Mandatory	This field will always be populated with the school's 5-digit ACARA number entered as report parameter before export.
B	ACT Student ID		This value is defined using the Government Student ID field on the Identity tab of Student Profile.
C	Family Name	Mandatory	This value is defined using the Personal Information > Surname stored on the  Profile  tab of Student Profile and has a maximum length of 25 characters.
D	Given Name	Mandatory	This value is defined using the Personal Information > Given Name stored on the Profile tab of Student Profile and has a maximum length of 15 characters.
E	Middle Name(s)	Optional	This value is defined using the Personal Information > Other Given Name stored on the Profile tab of Student Profile and has a maximum length of 15 characters.
F	Preferred Name	Optional	This value is defined using the Personal Information > Preferred Name stored on the Profile tab of Student Profile.
G	Year Level	Mandatory	This value is defined using the Year Level field on the School tab of Student Profile. The values of the Year Level field are defined using the Code field in the YearLevel lookup in School Configuration  > School Structure. This field has a value of either 00B = Preschool, 00K = Kindergarten, PP, 01, 02 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11 or 12.
H	Class ID	Mandatory	This field is defined using the Roll Group drop-down list on the Status sub-tab of the School tab of Student Profile. The values of the Roll Group field are defined in School Structure > Roll Group tab of School Configuration.
I	Sex/Gender	Mandatory	This value is defined using the Personal Information > Gender stored on the Profile tab of Student Profile. The values of the Gender field are defined using the Gender lookup. This field has a value of either: 1 for Male 2 for Female 3 for Intersex or Indeterminate 9 for Not stated
J	Date of Birth	Mandatory	This value is defined using the Personal Information > Date of Birth stored on the Profile tab of Student Profile. This field has a format of DD/MM/YYYY and a maximum length of 10 characters.
K	Country of Birth	Mandatory	This value is defined using the Demographic > Country of Birth stored on the Profile tab of Student Profile. The values of the Country of Birth field are defined using the Country lookup.
L	Student Language Code		This value is defined using the Demographic > Home Language stored on the Profile tab of Student Profile. The values of the Home Language field are defined using the Language lookup.
M	Indigenous Status	Mandatory	This value is defined using the Indigenous Student and Torres Strait Islander fields on the Profile > Student Flags > Student tab of Student Profile. This field has a value of: 1 when the Indigenous Student field is selected 2 when the Torres Strait Islander field is selected 3 when both fields are selected 4 when neither field is selected 9 when the status is not-stated or unknown
N	Guardian A Language Code	Mandatory	This value is defined using the Home Language field on the Profile > Demographic tab of the Parent Community Maintenance Record for Parent 1 (Main Sudent Contact). The values of the Home Language field are defined using the Language lookup.
O	Guardian A School Education Level Code	Mandatory	This value is defined using the Highest Secondary Level field on the Education tab of the Parent Community Maintenance Record for Parent 1 (Main Student Contact). The values of the Highest Secondary Level field are defined using the Secondary Level lookup. Values for the highest level of secondary school education are: 0 when Not stated or Unknown 1 when Year 9 or equivalent or below 2 when Year 10 or equivalent 3 when Year 11 or equivalen 4 when Year 12 or equivalent
P	Guardian A Non-School Education Code	Mandatory	This value is defined using the Highest Qualification Level field on the Education tab of the Parent Community Maintenance Record for Parent 1 (Main Student Contact). The values of the Highest Qualification Level field are defined using the Qualification Level lookup. Values for the qualifications are: 0 when Not stated or Unknown 5 when Certificate I to IV (including trades) 6 when Diploma or Advanced Diploma 7 when Bachelor Degree or higher 8 when No non-school education
Q	Guardian A Occupation Code	Mandatory	This value is defined using the Position Category field on the Occupation tab of the Parent Community Maintenance Record for Parent 1 (Main Student Contact). The values of the Occupation Position field are defined using the Occupation Position lookup and has a maximum field length of 1 character. Values for parent occupations are: 1 when Senior management 2 when Other business manager 3 when Tradesperson, clerk, sales and service staff 4 when Machine operators, hospitality staff, assistants, labourers and related workers 8 when Not in paid work 9 when Not stated or unknown
R	Guardian B Language Code	Mandatory	This value is defined using the Home Language field on the Profile > Demographic tab of the Parent Community Maintenance Record for Parent 2 (Secondary Student Contact). The values of the Home Language field are defined using the Language lookup.
S	Guardian B School Education Code	Optional	This value is defined using the Highest Secondary Level field on the Education tab of the Parent Community Maintenance Record for Parent 2 (Secondary Student Contact). The values of the Highest Secondary Level field are defined using the Secondary Level lookup. V	Student Apartment Number	Optional	This value is defined using the Addresses > Home Address stored on the Profile tab of Community Members.
W	Student Street Number	Optional	This value will be fulfilled in column V as Zunia inserts the full address (apartment number, street number and name as a string).
X	Student Street Name	Mandatory	This value will be fulfilled in column V as Zunia inserts the full address (apartment number, street number and name as a string).
Y	Student Home Suburb	Mandatory	This value is defined using the Addresses > Home Address > Suburb stored on the Profile tab of Community Members.
Z	Student Postcode	Mandatory	This value is defined using the Addresses > Home Address > PostCode stored on the Profile tab of Community Members.
AA	Student State	Mandatory	This value is defined using the Addresses > Home Address > State stored on the Profile tab of Community Members. The values of the State field are defined using the State lookup.
AB	International Student	Mandatory	This value is defined using the Citizenship field on the International tab of Student Profile. The values of the Citizenshipfield has a maximum length of 1 character and value of either: Y for Yes for Australia and New Zealan N for No for any other country
AC	Full/Part-time days (per week)	Mandatory	FTE Calculation required (FTE*5) To one decimal place e.g. 1.5 = student attends for one and a half days per week; 5 = student attends full time.
