Introduction
Zunia stores a complex range of data about your school's community members.
There may be times when you want to export the data into Excel so you can use it to create reports or store the information outside of Zunia.
You can export data on current students, future students, and past students.
Note: The data you export may contain information that has to be protected in line with your school's privacy policy.
Select the data you want to export
To export data, go to Reporting and compliance > Customise export.
- In Customise export -> Data select from Student Attendance or Students.
- For a Student Attendance data export. Enter a date range. Use Search to select the students you want to include in the export or choose Select all.
- For a Student data export use Search to select the students you want to include in the export or choose Select all. You can use the Filters to refine your list of Students, Future students, or Past students.
- Select the Fields by expanding each field tab you want to include, or choose All. Use the arrows to view all the available fields
Export the data
- Select Export when you're ready.
You get a confirmation that your data is exporting.
The export may take a few minutes.
When the export is ready to download, the Excel file and export time display in Notifications under the bell icon. - Select Download export to download the data into an Excel spreadsheet.
You've now exported the data.
