Introduction
School administrators can edit contact details for a community member in School community profiles.
Edit contact details
First, find the community member's profile in School community profiles>Community member profiles.
Enter the name of the community member in the search box and select Search.
Select the community member name in the list of results to view the profile details. Information already entered about the person displays.
Next, edit the community member’s contact details:
Edit the phone numbers for the person in Personal mobile, Home phone or Occupation phone. To add more or different phone numbers, select Add a phone.
You can also select the
icon to mark a phone number as Confidential, Preferred or, for mobile numbers, Default SMS. Confidential phone numbers can only be viewed by users who have the right permissions.
2. Edit the email addresses in Personal email and Occupation email. To add a company email address, select Add an email.
You can also select the
icon to mark an email address as the Default.
3. Edit the internet and social media addresses in Facebook and LinkedIn. To add more or different addresses, select Add internet and social media.
4. Edit the address in Home address. After you select the Country from the drop-down list, you can use Address lookup to automatically fill in the address details.
Or, if the address you enter isn’t found, enter the address details into Address line 1, Suburb Subregion, State region and Postcode.
5. If the postal address isn’t the same as the home address, de-select the Postal address checkbox and enter the postal address details.
6. If the person has died, select Yes in Deceased.
7. Select Save to save your changes or Cancel all to return to the profile.
Note: For community members who are staff or students, edit directly in Staff profiles, Student profiles, Past student profiles or Future student profiles.
