Introduction

A ‘household’ is a group of community members who share the same address. For example, parents and children who live at the same address.

Sometimes extended family (for example, grandparents) or a new spouse comes to live with a school family. This guide shows how to add them as a new contact in Zunia and assign them to the family’s household.

  1. Go to School community profiles > Community members.

  1. In Contact info enter their contact details. Add the household address in Home address, then select Next.

  1. Add all the information you have in Background info, then select Finish.

The new contact’s community member ID and details display.

Assign a household to the new contact

  1. In Relationships > Households select the 3 dots next to the new community member’s name. Then select Move to another address.
