Introduction
Teachers send their reports for review when they've finished drafting them. They do this by selecting Ready for review to make their reports available to read in Manage reports.
After they've submitted their reports for review, you'll go to Ready for review, find the drafts, proofread them and add comments. Then, they’ll either reassign them to teachers if changes are needed or mark them as complete.
Find reports in review
To find the reports for review, go to Academic reporting > Manage reports.
- First, select Student.
- Go to Status.
- Next, use the list to select Ready for review.
- Select a student report.
- Select a subject. For example, physics.
- Read the report and look for errors. You can make edits to the report or assign the report back to the teacher for editing by setting the status to “Changes Required”.
- Select Comments to suggest changes and edits. Or, add your feedback in Comments.
- Select Post. A message confirms you've added a comment.
- Go to Mark as.
- Select Changes required from the list. If there are no changes, select Complete.
- Select Save.
If you’ve returned the draft to the teacher, they'll reopen the draft, read your comments and update the changes. Then, they'll resubmit reports to you in Ready for review.
If you selected Complete, this report section is done and ready to send to families.
