TABLE OF CONTENTS

Introduction

After you've added a section for Leadership reports and Attendance, you'll add a section for leadership to leave their feedback. In this section of the report setup, you’ll add assessment tables. Leadership use these tables to give additional feedback on student behaviour.

This guide shows you how to label the learning or behaviour outcomes as they will show on the report. Then, you'll add assessment modes and criteria.

Add assessment details to leadership reports

In Student overview set-up > Leadership reports, you'll see the leadership report titles you've already added.

  1. Switch on Assessment table 1 to include this table in a student overview. After you've switched on the assessment table, you need to:
    1. Go to Title and add the learning or behaviour outcomes leadership is reporting on. For example, 'Engagement in school activities'.
    2. In Assessment mode, use the dropdown list to select how the outcome result gets shown. For example, the result could show as a percentage or on a scale from A - E.
    3. If you select Scale as an assessment mode, you'll get the option to select a Scale type. Use the Scale type dropdown list to add the grading scale you need.
    4. In Assessable criteria, add the learning outcome or behaviour on which students are being assessed.
If there's more than one, select Add assessable criteria.
To remove an assessable criteria, select the 3 dots next to the criteria you want to remove, then select Delete.
  2. Switch off the Assessment table 1 to omit it from the report.
  3. Switch on Student overview comments to include a comments field in the leadership report.
    • Add the title for this section, for example, 'A note from the Head of House’.
  4. Select Next to repeat this process for all other leadership comments sections. When you have completed the final section, select Activate, then Confirm.

The Set up reports screen displays. You'll see the student overview you've just created with an Active status. Your active student overview template is ready to be assigned to staff for drafting.

Next, you'll go to the subject report template overview to start adding subjects to your reports.
