Introduction
If your school or curriculum requires a class rank, you'll have a Class rank section in your subject report.
These aren't always needed, and you can only add a class rank if your school requires one.
In Teacher comments, you can add feedback or comments that are personal and relevant to individual students.
This is the last section of your subject reports.
Add class rank
A class rank indicates where students sit compared to their cohort or classmates. There will only be a section for a class in the reports rank if it's a school requirement.
If you have the option in your subject report, go to Class rank. Use the arrows to move the numbers to select a student rank in their class.
For example, select nine if a student is ranked ninth in the class.
Next, you'll add your feedback in the Teacher comments.
Add teacher comments
Use this section to add your observations about a student. You can add additional information about a student’s behaviour and performance in your class during the school year. These comments apply to each student, and they will be different for everyone.
When you're done, select Save. Then, use the arrows in the student profile and navigate to the next student report.
Add the Class rank and the Teacher comments to the next student.
When you've finished your student reports for this class or subject, you can send them for review by another staff member.
