TABLE OF CONTENTS
Introduction
Templates allow you to capture required content of subjects for various academic reports. Examples of templates for subjects you could create:
- Semester
- Progress reports
- Prep-Grade 2 Semester
- Junior school Semester
- Senior school Semeseter
Turn the following on or off for the template to include or exclude in a subject report page:
- Subject overview - teachers can write an outline of what they covered for a subject
- Subject grade - display student's grade for a subject
- Class rank - display student rankings based on their results
- Strands - display and allow teachers to comment on strands for a subject
- Assessment tables - allow teachers to report on other assessable criteria
- Teacher comments - allow teachers to add personalised feedback for students
A template tells Zunia what to include for each of the subjects taught in an academic report. The template library stores all added templates so you can add them once and select one when adding any number of reports.
It's easy to adjust individual subject pages if you want them to have different inclusions once a report is added. For example; you could hide the subject overview for Maths but display it in other subject pages (learn how to Set up, edit and assign academic reports).
The template library
Templates define what content a subject page will include in an academic report. View and manage subject page templates in one handy template library.
We recommend you create template/s before you add a report. Templates will be available in the template library as you add academic reports.
You can edit or delete a template in the library. But, if the report is already assigned, changes won't apply.
Add a template
To add a template, go to Academic reports > Reports > Template library:
- Select Add template
- Enter a name for the template
- Select what to display for subjects using this template by turning the different sections on or off
- Select Add
You have now created your template. It'll be in the template library ready to used in an academic report.
