Find parent contact details

Introduction

You can find contact details for a student’s parents or guardians in Student profiles, or you can also find their details from anywhere in Zunia in Quick access. 

There are two ways to find contact details for a parent or guardian. 

Go to the student profile 

Go to Student profiles > Current students.  

1. Enter the student’s name or ID in the search box and select Search. 
2. Select the student in the list of results. 
3. Select the Relationships tab. 
4. In the row of the parent or guardian you want to contact, select View to display their phone and email. 

If an email or phone number doesn’t display, they are not in the contact’s profile. 

A number displayed next to SMS means it’s the mobile number marked to receive SMS. Zunia uses this in features such as Quick list, where you can send an SMS or email to a custom list.  

Note: for students who are not currently enrolled but expected to start later, find their contacts’ details in Student profiles > future students. 

Use Quick access 

1. Select the Quick access icon to open it. 

2. Use the search field to search by first name, last name or both.  
3. Select the student in the list of results. The students contacts and their details display.
