Overview of student billing

Zunia lets you manage complex billing arrangements in a student's profile and store student billing information to simplify the collection of school fees.  

To get started, you can:  

• Edit a student's fee variations to set up rules for bulk student billing and select a student billing variation or special billing group 
• Manage debtor accounts in a student profile to add, edit, or delete them 
• Manage student billing adjustments to include any concessions other than tuition fees 
• Manage family billing groups to define the number of siblings within a family for sibling discounts and boarding status 
• Run student billing reports to check if all students are in the correct family for billing
