Introduction
Zunia makes automating invoice creation easy. Once you’ve set up an invoicing template for recurring student fees or payments, payees (also known as debtors) can choose their preferred payment method.
Customisable invoice templates speed up your invoicing process by pre-filling fields, so a lot of the details are already populated and they can be used time and time again.
You can easily split invoices across multiple payees, so that student fees can easily be managed without having to manually divide up the costs.
To access invoicing features, your System Admin will need to give you the right user permissions.
Creating and managing invoices
- Set up an invoice template for single or repeat use
- Edit or delete a repeat invoice template
- Create invoices for a student billing account
- Monitor invoice payment statuses and track overdue payments
- Export invoices to PDF or CSV files
- Send invoices to payees
