Exporting data for WA Kinder PRA Attendance

TABLE OF CONTENTS

The WA Kinder PRA Attendance report provides the required data of Kindergarten year group for the Preschool Reform Agreement data collection. Data is to be collected at the student unit level record for Term 2 from 2024 onwards.

Zunia is not able to support all the data requirements of the PRA report. Schools will have to populate the template manually using a combination of 3 possible methods:

  1. Manually populating data from Zunia
  2. Exporting to Spreadsheet using the Export Data Tool
  3. Calculating fields (requiring computation by the school)
  1. Create a PRA spreadsheet with the required Kinder PRA specifications as column headers (the table sets out the column headers for this report)
  2. Use this guide to extract the required data, using a combination of the methods described above.
  3. Add the Zunia data to the relevant columns in your spreadsheet and then do all the calculations for the remaining columns and manually populate the fields.
  4. Submit your report once all the fields are populated with the correct data
