To find a Student overview assigned to you for drafting, go to Academic reporting > Write reports.
First, go to Status.
Next, use the list to select Incomplete.
Select a report with Student overview in Report sections.
Select Student overview.
You’ll only see the sections assigned to you to fill out in the Student overview. You may be assigned more than one section to complete. For example, Head of house comment and Attendance.
Add your comments about a student where required.
If you get assigned to confirm a student's attendance, select Attendance.
Select Comments to leave a note for other staff. Or, add your feedback in the Comments section. These comments are for reference only and will not show in final reports.
Select Post. A message confirms you've added a comment.
Go to Mark as.
Select Ready for review from the list.
Select Save.
Another staff member will review your Student overview and send it back with Changes required. Update the changes until it’s ready to send, then go to Mark as and select Complete.
You've found, updated, reviewed and completed a Student overview. Repeat this until all your Student overviews are Complete.
When all your reports are complete, you can create the academic reports to send to families.
