Complete academic reports

Introduction

When all sections of your student reports are written, reviewed and marked as  Complete, you can send them home to families in bulk, all at once.

Complete reports  

As soon as you set the status of your final report section to Complete, then Save, your school's reports start generating.  

To update and finalise your reports go to Academic reporting > Manage reports.  

  1. First, go to Status.  
  2. Next, use the list to select  Incomplete. This displays all student reports with unfinished sections.  
  3. Select the student report.  
  4. Find the report section you need to update. The report sections have coloured dots indicating their status. The colours are:  
  • Green: This section is complete.  
  • Red: This section is in review.  
  • Blue: A teacher is still working on this section.  

Select a section marked Red. Blue means this section is with teachers who will update it to Ready for review (Red) when they've finished.  

5. Update the changes.  

6. Go to Mark as.  
7. Use the list to select Complete.  
8. Select Save.  

You’ll see a message saying your reports are being generated.  

You'll also get an alert in the notification centre when your reports are ready .

When you’ve created the academic reports, you can send them to families.
