Create student wellbeing records

Student wellbeing records are a way for you and your school to track, share and report on how your students are going with their emotional and mental wellbeing.

You can create student wellbeing records in Quick access or by going to Student wellbeing, then selecting Create wellbeing records.

To create a new student wellbeing record in Quick access:

  1. Select the Quick access icon to open it.

  2. Use search to select the student you want to create a note for. 
  3. Go to Wellbeing
  4. Select a Wellbeing category from the list. You may also need to select a sub-category, depending on the wellbeing category you've chosen. 
  5. Enter the Start date using the calendar icon. 
  6. Make a note of any important information in Details
  7. Depending on the student wellbeing category you've chosen and how your school has set up these categories, you may need to enter more information like Points, or mark the record for follow up. 
  8. Select Save when you're done.  

You can also create student wellbeing records in Student wellbeing: 

  1. Go to Student wellbeing
  2. Select Create wellbeing records.  
  3. Use the search field to select the student you want to create a note for. 
  4. Select a Wellbeing category from the list. You may also need to select a sub-category, depending on the wellbeing category you've chosen. 
  5. Enter the Start date using the calendar icon. 
  6. Make a note of any important information in Details
  7. Depending on the student wellbeing category you've chosen and how your school has set up these categories, you may need to enter more information like Points, or mark the record for follow up. 
  8. Select Save when you're done.
