Overview of student wellbeing records

Modified on Wed, 18 Feb at 5:19 AM

Introduction

Student wellbeing records are a way for you and your school to track, share and report on how your students are going with their emotional and mental wellbeing.

Each time you create a wellbeing record, you choose a category for the issue. The categories are based on your school's wellbeing program and processes. Categories could be Awards, Communication or Uniform issue.

Generally, teachers and staff create wellbeing records. Pastoral care staff review the records, generate reports and follow up when needed. You can:

  • record positive and negative student behaviours
  • manage student awards and detentions
  • track student participation and homework completion
  • make general notes and observations
