TABLE OF CONTENTS

Student wellbeing categories have a status of In use, Active, or Inactive.

In use means student wellbeing records have been entered for this category and it's currently Active.
Active means no records have been entered for this category yet.
Inactive means the category has been deactivated. No new records can be entered using this category.

If a student wellbeing category is no longer needed but has records linked to it, then you should deactivate the category instead of deleting it. This means the records in this category will still be included in analysis and reporting.
