Student wellbeing records are a way for you and your school to track, share and reporton how your students are going with their emotional and mental wellbeing.
They can be things like awards, detentions, participation and homework, or just general notes and observations.
This video shows you how to create wellbeing records.
Let’s start with how to find the student you want to create a wellbeing record for.
First, select Student wellbeing, and then select Create wellbeing records.
Use search to select the student you want to create a record for.
If you want to create a record for more than one student, you can select Add students by group.
Next, select the group of students.
If there are students in the group that you don't want to include, you can unselect them.
Now, select Add students.
The students are added to the list.
Next, select a Wellbeing category. These categories are set up by your school.
Select the Date, and then in Details, add a description.
Depending on the category you've chosen, you might need to enter more information like a sub-category, points and
if any follow up is required.
Select Save when you're done.
A wellbeing record is created for each of the students.
