Edit or delete a repeat invoice template

Go to your Finance entity > Finance settings > Debtor ledger settings.

1. Under Debtor ledgers, select a debtor ledger from the list available, or you can use the search and filter menu to find a specific one.

2. Once a debtor ledger is selected, you’ll see a secondary menu appear next to Debtor ledger information. Select Invoice templates and you’ll see all existing templates.

3. Under Templates, find the invoice template name you want to update. Next, select the three dots […] under Actions (top right), then Edit or Delete.

    a. To edit the invoice template, update the fields needed and Save.

    b. To delete the invoice template, confirm the change by selecting Delete.

You’ve now edited or deleted an invoice template.

Note: Invoices that are partially paid or paid cannot be deleted, as they act as a financial record.
