Introduction
Zunia lets you add a statement run to create statements and let debtors know of any outstanding amounts they must pay. You can create bulk or ad-hoc statement runs.
This guide shows you how to create a statement run.
Create a statement run
To create a statement run:
- Go to your school's finance entity, then select Debtor statements.
The Debtor statement runs window displays.
In Debtor statement runs, select Add statement run.
The Add statement run pop-up appears.- In Add statement run, enter the details:
Field Description Statement run type Select the type of statement run that you want to create. There are two types:
- A bulk statement run allows you to create multiple statements for all debtor accounts within the selected debtor ledger and billing group.
- An ad-hoc statement run allows you to select a specific debtor account and create a statement for them.
Debtor ledger Select the debtor ledger that you want to create the statement for. Template Choose the template for the statement, billing group and payment method. Statement run title This is the title of the statement run that will appear on the Statement run page. Statement date This is the date of the statement that will appear on the statement PDF. End date This is the end date you set for the statement run to pick up any debtor- related transactions before or on this date. Date due This is the date you set when the debtor must pay off the outstanding amount. - When you've filled in these details, select Add.
You’ve now created a statement run.
You can now view statements in a debtor account.
