New features 

Zunia now lets you create bulk student transfers and rollovers 

• Bulk transfers let you move a group of students into a new academic year and update the enrolment properties of a group of students.

You can:

• Roll over current students into the new academic year
• Transfer future students to current students (new starters)

New features

Zunia now lets you create academic reports 

• Create academic report templates, which include a front cover, subject reports and leadership comments. 
• Define the grading scales for each subject in the report.
• Assign academic reports to teachers for completion.
• Enable proofreading.
• Allow the school leadership to monitor report completion progress.
• Preview and download the academic reports. 
• Send reports to selected student contacts via email mail merge.

Now fixed 

We fixed a bug with report permissions:

•  Some users with report permissions couldn't view reports in Zunia. We fixed this.

New features

Zunia now captures and exports data for mandatory compliance reports

• Map values defined by your school to the values accepted by each statutory body.  
• Collect Student Residential Address and other information and export to an Excel file. 
• View a full list of data errors and warnings so you can fix them as you create the export. 
• View a list of past exports. 

Zunia Attendance now has the option to resolve daily absences

• Meet your attendance management obligations with a clear list of students with unresolved absences. 
• View attendance by student, attendance type or date filters.  
• Select ‘More’ to compare a student's attendance data to their class schedule. 

Improvements

Zunia timetabling now has the option to apply changes effective from a date in the past or future 

• Backdate the timetable, classes, and student enrolments in those classes to a date you select.  
• You can now enrol students in the past or future, not just the current time and date. 
• Apply teaching and non-teaching days and term dates to past dates in the timetable. 
• Select what data you want to apply to users. You can choose enrolments and/or classes, then drill down to individual classes or a specific effective date. 
• The Set up timetables navigation menu has been reordered to match your workflow order. 

Now fixed

We fixed a bug with time displays. The time picker now displays the 12 hour clock or 24 hour clock consistent with the time format selected in System configuration. 

We fixed some bugs preventing emailing in Zunia from working properly: 

• When composing an email or SMS, the list of recipients is now filtered correctly. 
• Validation when entering an email address for a community member has been updated to better handle special characters and other email address formats. 
• You can create an account if the email is connected to a deleted account. 

There were some issues with Documents in Student profiles, Community profiles, and Staff profiles. We fixed these:

• The file size of an attached document now displays the correct file size 
• Search box displays the results for newly uploaded documents  
• The advanced filters show correct filters count. 

There were some issues in Current/Past/Future student profiles: 

• In Student profiles > Rollover students > Year rules, 'This year’ and ‘Next year’ drop-down values were not displaying correctly. We fixed this. 
• ‘Add’, ‘edit’ and ‘delete’ options are now disabled when the ‘Create student rollover’ permission is not assigned to the user. 
• The ‘Rollover history’ now displays correctly when 'Create student rollover' permission is not assigned. 
• When adding a student in Student profiles, if a company is added as a student contact it displays correctly. 
• When adding a student in Future student profiles, the ‘Enrol for date’ field is no longer mandatory when 'Override enrol for date' is not selected.   
• In Current/Past/Future student profiles the ‘Relationship to student’ text in the Add contact page was not displaying correctly. We fixed this. 

In Timetable, a program can now be created for a class that does not have one. 

 In System configuration > Edit lookups > Medical Vaccine Disease, diseases associated with a given vaccine did not display. We fixed this.
