Introduction

Once a student plan is drafted and approved (as required by the school and/or parent/s), you can publish it for staff assigned to the plan to view. You can add teachers or other contributors to the plan while it’s a draft, however, they won’t be able to see it until it’s published.

To publish a student plan you must be a plan owner or add/manage contributors, and your System Admin needs to assign you the right user permissions.

Publish and share a student plan with teachers

Go to Student wellbeing > Student plans and adjustments.

  1. Select a Student name from the list to view existing student plan/s.
  2. Select the draft plan from the list view to open it.
  3. To add teachers who will need to apply the plan, select Add contributors under teaching notesIf you want to check who is already added, select Manage contributors.
  4. If the plan is ready to share the plan with all teachers/contributors, select Publish.

You’ve now published the student plan.

Note: The student plan will become Active for teachers to start applying in the classroom when the start date passes.
