Introduction
Future students are students who have applied for, or enquired about, future enrolment.
School administrators can create profiles for future students so they’re available in Zunia when enrolment and the next academic year or period begins.
If you don't have all the details you need to complete the profile, you can add them later. And if you make a mistake, select Back to return to the details you want to change. Any edits you make are saved, so you don't have to re-enter them.

1. Add student info
Under Person, add the Student info:
- Capture the student's Personal info and select Next.
Name matches are flagged to avoid duplicating profiles, so if this student's profile has already been created, you can edit the details or transfer it to current students. If you don't want to add a spouse, select Skip, don't add a spouse and skip ahead to Status and prioritisation.
If you want to add the Contact person's spouse, select Yes, add spouse as a contact and select Next.
3. Link to an existing profile for a contact's spouse
If the contact person already exists in the system:
- Select Use existing, enter their name or ID and select Search. Select the person from the list and select Next and now skip ahead to Status and prioritisation.
