View a statement PDF

Introduction

Zunia records transactions for each statement and stores it in each debtor account. Sometimes, a debtor may want a copy of all transactions made in a statement. You can download these as a PDF from a debtor account.

This guide shows you how to download a statement as a PDF in two ways: 

Download PDF from Debtor accounts  

First, find the debtor account containing the statement you need to view. Then, select the statement to download as a PDF.

Find the debtor account

To find a debtor account: 

  1. Go to your school's finance entity, then select Debtor accounts.
  2. Next, enter the name of the student, debtor or company name in the Search field.
    Any debtor account containing those names display.
  3. Select the debtor account containing the statements you need to view.
    The debtor account details will display.

Select a statement

To select a statement in the debtor account: 
  1. First, select the debtor account. 
  2. Then, select Statements to display a list of statements sent to this debtor.

When you’ve selected a statement from the list, you can view more information about this statement. 

When you've found the statement details, you can download them as a PDF to view. 

Download statement as a PDF 

When you’ve selected a statement in a debtor account, you can download it as a PDF.

To download the statement details as a PDF from the debtor account:

  1. Select the statement from the debtor account. 
  2. Select Download.
    This creates a PDF of the statement. 
  3. Select the PDF on your desktop's download to view the statement.
  4. Save the PDF statement for your records.
    You've now downloaded a statement as a PDF. Then you can attach it to an email or print it as a hard copy. 


Download PDF from Debtor statements  

To download a statement as a PDF from the list of debtor statements: 

  1. Go to your school's finance entity, then select Debtor statements.
  2. Select the statement you wish to download, then select Download to create a PDF.
  3. Select the PDF on your desktop's download to view the statement. 
  4. Save the PDF statement for your records.

You've now downloaded a statement as a PDF. You can attach it to an email or print it as a hard copy.
