Introduction
Schools can copy details from one or more existing classes into a new classes, making it quicker and easier to rollover classes with similar properties.
For example, you may want to create a class with the same subject and set of students in the same academic period, or a future one. Copy class allows you to rollover existing class details into new class and academic period, without having to re-enter the same class information.
You may also have a set of students moving from one subject to another at the end of term. Copy class allows you to rollover the same set of students to a new class and you would only need to rename the subject of the new class.
Note: Grades and attendance information are not copied over to the new class.
