View wellbeing records for a group of students

You can view the wellbeing records for a group or class of students in Student wellbeing. Use the search filters to find the student wellbeing record you want to edit or delete.

1. Go to Student wellbeing. 
2. Select View wellbeing records. 
3. Select a Wellbeing category. If you want to view the wellbeing records for all categories, choose Select all. 
4. Select the Date range using the calendar icon. 
5. Select the Group icon .
6. Select the group of students you want to view records of, such as a school year or homeroom group. If there are students in the group you don't want to include, you can unselect them from the list of students. 
7. Select Add students.  
8. The group of students are added to the list, and their wellbeing records display. Select a record to view more information.
