Schedule classes to a timetable

Introduction

Zunia lets you schedule classes to a timetable you have created by adding classes to one or more periods of a timetable.

This guide shows you how to schedule classes to a timetable.

Notes:

• Only classes assigned to academic periods within the timetable's assigned academic period will be displayed.
• Only classes with teachers assigned will be available for scheduling. 
• If you use imported asc Timetables, scheduling is automatically done in the timetabling software (you won't be able to schedule these in Zunia.
   

Schedule classes

To schedule classes to a timetable, go to Set up timetable > Schedule classes.  

1. Select the timetable that you want to schedule classes.
2. If needed, you can narrow down the list of classes by searching on class name, class code, subject or assigned teacher.
3. Select the class you wish to schedule.
4. Select one or more periods on the timetable that you want to schedule the class into.
5. If needed, you can also select the room in which the class will take place.
6. Select Save when you’re done.

You have now scheduled a class to a timetable. You can select another class to repeat this process.
