As part of Tes, Zunia School App for Parents is introducing Tes Universal Account - a small change to the way you log in to the app.
This article explains the change, what to expect and how to get help if needed.
How will the change effect me?
If you're not able to log in to Zunia School App for Parents with your existing log in details, it's likely that the change has been made.
You'll need to create a Tes Universal Account to log in.
How do I create a Tes Universal Account?
Check your email for a message with prompt to set new password. Follow the prompts to create your Tes Universal Account.
Or open the Zunia School App for Parents on your device. If you notice a new log in screen, you can follow the prompts to reset password - creating your Tes Universal Account.
I now have a Tes Universal Account
Once you've created your Tes Universal Account, you'll be able to use it to log in to Zunia School App for Parents.
There's no change to your app experience once you're logged in.
