Tes Universal Account for Zunia: What you need to know

As part of Tes, Zunia is introducing Tes Universal Account - a small change to the way you log in to your account. This article explains how it works, what to expect and how to get help if required.

What is Tes Universal Account?

Tes Universal Account is a single login linking all your Tes products, including Zunia. It's more secure, easier to manage, and means only 1 password to remember.

What's changing?

When your school receives an email from us regarding Tes Universal Account, you'll start to notice changes to the Zunia log in screen. Until then you'll continue logging in to Zunia as usual.

You can be sure, your Zunia data, features and user experience stay exactly the same.

When will I need to create a Tes Universal Account?

Most likely, you'll notice when you try to log in to Zunia with your current username and password - they won't work.

Create a Tes Universal Account to log in to Zunia

  1. Check for an email to set a new password and follow the prompts to create your Tes Universal Account.
  2. If you go directly to your school's Zunia i.e.; usually https://[yourschool].zunia.com you can reset your password - creating your Tes Universal Account.

When your Tes Universal Account is created:

  1. You'll be taken to the Tes log in screen for Zunia.
  2. Enter your Tes Universal Account username and password.
  3. You'll be logged in to Zunia, ready to go!

What about the Zunia School App for Parents?

If your school uses the Zunia School App for Parents, app users will be sent an email with prompt to set new password. They can follow the prompts to create their Tes Universal Account.

If they go directly to the app, they'll see a new log in screen. The can follow the prompts to reset password - creating their Tes Universal Account.

Once their Tes Universal Account is created they'll use these credentials to log in to Zunia School App for Parents. Their app experience remains unchanged.

Subject: Update to how you log in to the Zunia Parent App

Dear parents and carers,

We're making a small change to how you access the Zunia Parent App. You'll now log in using a Tes Universal Account.

This means you'll first need to create your Tes Universal Account. Don't worry - here's a short guide to create one.

And, once you're logged in with your Tes Universal Account, there are no changes in the app.

If you have any issues, please contact the school office.

Click Forgot password on the log in screen or go to tes.com/reset

Will I still see Zunia branding?

Yes - Zunia remains your product. Only the way you log in is updated.

Can I bookmark the new log in page?

Yes! Just make sure it's the new Tes log in screen.

Will this affect data or integrations?

No - this is purely a log in experience change.
